At Alma Amor we regularly offer classes and events. Our weekly yoga classes offer the opportunity to keep your yoga practice up while travelling or to experience this ancient movement art for the first time. It is also an excellent opportunity to come and see our centre and to meet our team! Our Monday yoga class is followed by a meditation that can be attended separately.
Every month we connect to the changing seasons and the passage of time by celebrating the full moon. We use the strong lunar energy to recharge ourselves and let go of things we no longer need. Come and join us next full moon to share this experience with us!
Full Moon Ceremony

Every month we hold an Andean full moon ceremony! Join us for an authentic experience on sacred Inca ground and learn about the Andean tradition of giving thanks and connecting with the elements. Give your stay in the Sacred Valley extra meaning by immersing yourself in the local culture and celebrate the next full moon with us.
We prepare a sacred fire and each release to the fire what we want to let go of. We meditate on what we want to cultivate in the time to come and follow the local tradition in preparing an offering to the fire and bringing our energies together to bless it.

Our Yoga Instructor: Sharmila Kaur (Alicia Vargas)
Born in Lima, Peru, and currently living in Ollantaytambo, she started her yoga practice a little more than 5 years ago, and in 2014 she had her first training in Raja Yoga in Argentina. Later, she was trained in QiYo Yoga and Krama Vinyasa Yoga, both programs endorsed by the Yoga Alliance. For 3 years she has been sharing private and group yoga classes in different spaces and centers, from corporate to outdoor. In addition, she conducts meditation sessions, spiritual coaching, and soul readings.
