Come and celebrate the full moon tonight with us! Together we will release old energies and patterns that we are ready to let go. Cleanse yourself and set an intention for the new moon cycle that starts. Together we give thanks for all the good we receive and are going to receive by making an offering to the sacred fire.

Reiki & Massage
We offer individual reiki and massage sessions upon request.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve pain and tension throughout the body.

VEGAN & VEGETARIAN
Our unique menu offers high quality, locally-produced vegan, vegetarian and allergy-friendly food within a therapeutic environment. Additionally, we have seating for large groups, healing infusions, alternative lattes,
boxed lunches, ceremonial menus and takeaway items.
Our vegetarian restaurant is primarily vegan with some 'egg addition' options. The menu includes typical Peruvian dishes, as well as international plates, healing infusions, alternative lattes, boxed lunches, takeaway items and special dietas for ceremonial work. And because we know it can be difficult to arrange food according to your diet on active days, we have many take away options like boxed lunches and breakfast to go.
All our produce is local and organic if possible, and all fresh offerings are washed in filtered water. You certainly don't have to be vegetarian to enjoy our delicious, fresh food, but if you are, its a sanctuary not to be missed.
Rest & Relax
Our Wellness Centre is equipped with a yoga room perfect for both individual sessions and groups classes. Currently we offer weekly classes taught by Sharmila Kaur Yoga. Enjoy an hour-long yoga and meditation session. Classes are Monday and Thursday at 6.30 p.m. on our second floor. Mats and blocks available for rental.

Our Wellness Centre facility is a labor of love that we want to share with the community. Our building is three floors with rooms for group meals, yoga and meditation classes, massage services & more!
